Not to toot my own horn, but I love the way that this look turned out. I incorporated a couple of my favorite fall trends, layers upon layers and print mixing. More than just print mixing though, I also love the look of different textures and patterns together. I don’t think that I could pick out a singular thing that I liked best about it, but rather I loved the finished result of layers upon layers and all of the black and white print mixing. I know that there is the old rule of thumb that you should always look in the mirror and then remove one accessory (I know I have said this before), but I am not able to do it. Seriously, each morning I tell myself that I am going to just keep it simple, but I am loving multiple layers lately and just can’t stop. I normally try to keep to one area, but this one got away from me and I am not sorry about it either! Fall and winter are such a great time to work with the trends because in Chicago we tend to have on a couple of layers anyway. I wasn’t even planning on wearing the vest, but it was a bit cool out and felt I needed something extra for warmth. When I added it on top, I thought it just completed the whole thing!
