I have been on the hunt for the perfect distressed green vest. After seeing numerous pictures on Instagram of a vest that Old Navy had a year or two ago I have been on the hunt. I had trouble finding one that was the perfect neutral distressed green. The ones I had found were either too green or had really flashy hardware. I know that Old Navy came out with a very similar version this year to their old one, but I found it to be too large in the shoulder area. Just when I was about to give up hope, I went into Nordstrom a couple of weeks ago for jeans, and I stumbled across this little gem! Not only was it the perfect color, but it was also long. It is even long enough in back to cover my butt (yay!!). If there is anyone out there that is still on the hunt, then this is the vest that I would recommend. It is recent and still available. I am glad that I was able to scoop one up this time around!!

i really love this versatile vest and just ordered it from Nordstrom. i never would have looked in the Junior’s department as i am 61 years old and have assumed that not much from this department would work. but i am quite confident that this will look great as long as the sizing is comparable to a misses size 12. i ordered a large in juniors (11-13). i was also looking for a vest. nice price too. thanks.
Thanks Lindsey! The Nordstrom Juniors department is a favorite of mine. I am always able to find something that looks like it as at a much higher price point. I also think that you should be fine with the size.
