On Black Friday we always go to the Walnut Room in Macy’s with my husbands family. It has been a tradition that I have been a part of since we were engaged. Since we go there for breakfast it actually gets me downtown pretty early and I try to get a jumpstart on my Black Friday shopping.
I always try to hit up Old Navy before breakfast. I have found that I can get in and out of there pretty quickly as it isn’t too busy first thing in the morning. This year there is a lot on my Old Navy Black Friday shopping list. I want to stock up on their cute fuzzy socks and pajama bottoms. I am in desperate need for new PJ bottoms and they have a ton of cute options. I also plan on getting extra fuzzy socks and a few of the fleece blankets because they make great little gifts.
I usually do all of the rest of my shopping after breakfast. Since it can be a lot crazier in the city after breakfast, I like to have a plan. I have two stores that I would really like to go to, J. Crew and Banana Republic. There are always a few items that I don’t want to pay full price for, so I will see if I can get a deal on Black Friday. I have had my eye on the faux fur vest from Banana Republic and this button up from J. Crew for a while, but they are little on the pricier side. I added a couple of necklaces that I would also like to get if the price is right!
