I always try to go through my closet a few times a year and purge things that I no longer wear or don’t fit the way that I like them to fit.  After I have done that I like to assess if there are any items that I am lacking.  I like to have a list for my clothes, shoes, and handbags.  While I will be the first to admit that I don’t “need’ anything, there are always some items that if added could really help me make better use of what I already own.

Shoes and handbags have always been a weakness of mine.  I feel like a great pair of shoes and a beautiful bag can make even the most simplistic outfit look amazing.  When I went through all of my shoes, I realized that  I don’t own a single pair of pointy toed flats.  I don’t know why I have never bought a pair because I feel they give such a polished feel to an outfit.  Being that I live in Chicago, I tend to gravitate towards flats because I walk almost everywhere.  That being said, I want them to still look girly and polished.  I have the Tory Burch flip flops in a few other colors and they are really comfortable and have held up really well.  I love this silver flats with the pave bows and think they would look great with shorts, jeans, or a sun dress.  One of my goals this year is to wear more heels.  The two that I chose above are both so fun.  The Kate Spade glitter pumps are amazing and have been on my radar for quite some time.  Honestly, I would wear them with jeans and dresses alike.  The Coach ones are so cute with all the little bows and currently on sale.

While I could justify all day the purchase of each and every pair of shoes I listed, I am sure that I won’t. It sure was fun dream shopping though!  I will also be posting my shopping list for handbags and clothes.  Happy Friday everyone!
