Luxe Details
There are so many luxe little details in this outfit and I love it!! I know that some say that you should look in the mirror before you leave and remove one piece, but the exact opposite happened with this outfit.

Navy, burgundy, baubles, and a fur purse charm!! I love the burgundy trend that is going on right now. It is definitely a color that I have been drawn to when I have been making my fall purchases.
The outfit in this post was worn on my last day of running errands before I had to leave. I had the bright idea of planning my outfits out, but not trying them on until the day before I left! Big surprise, one of them didn’t look as amazing on as it did in my head. That left me with a last minute shopping trip and frantic search for a top to match a skirt that I had already picked out (in addition to all the other things that I still had to do).
This pink vest and foxy sweater are both purchases that I made over the summer. I passed on the pink quilted vest from J. Crew last year and have regretted it ever since. This summer when I was walking through the girls section of J. Crew, I spotted this one. I wasn’t willing to risk them not having it later, so I scooped it up and have been waiting for the chance to break this pretty out ever since.
If you have read the about me page on the blog, you know that I am a little late to the game when it comes to fashion. I grew up with all brothers and it was more about just playing than girly things like dress-up. It isn’t that I never did girly things and that I didn’t like those things, but there just weren’t as many opportunities when you are mainly with boys. That being said, I think that as an adult, I am making up for lost time.
