I had the great pleasure of attending a fashion show at Beehive called “Beehive In Bloom”. Beehive houses nine vintage stores under one roof. On this fine day, the vintage clothing stores got together and put together a fashion show that included day looks, vacation looks, evening looks, and even go-go dancers!! The vintage stores that took place in the fashion show were, Take 2 Vintage, Lost Girls Vintage, Imaginary Girl Jewelry and Vintage (handmade jewelry only), Cat’s Pyjamas Vintage + Ephemera, Leah Onomatopoeia Vintage, and Poly Golightly Vintage.
I took so many photos that day, that I decided to break this post into two parts. The first post will just be some fun pictures that I took as I wandered through Beehive and tomorrow, I will post all of the photos from the actual fashion show. The actual space is amazing. You could loose hours of your life looking around the space. They have everything from clothing to furniture and every knick knack in between. Their location is at 2958 W. Carroll and are open by appointment and every Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm.
